Therapy for overthinking and anxiety

Recently studies shows that overthinking and anxiety increase rapidly. There are many psychological and chemical remedies to overcome overthinking.But here I'm to convey some simple hacks to stop thinking more. 
*Don't think too much about something not in your control 
*Be loyal to yourself -if you are right to yourself then no need to prove to anyone 
*Always obey the law
*Accept the reality 
*Don't think too much about past days 
*DON'T THINK ABOUT FUTURE 
*Always engage yourself in anything other than thinking
